My new friends in their far from ideal housing conditions. This is the best picture I could get with the two of them together, to have taken a clearer picture would have meant using a flashlight. But their friendliness towards me and the mutual trust which had quickly built up between two wild animals and a white stranger, meant that no way would I have risked upsetting them by using a flash. They were two simply amazing and very gentle friends.
