A mixture of styles in close proximity. This is the modern aspect .. viewed from the central roundabout .. of the banks and restaurants on the tarmacced road leading to Ziguinchor .....

..... which finishes abrubtly at the roundabout and entrance to the Village Artisinal craft market.

The view looking in the oppostie direction from the roundabout .. is somewhat less developed.

The pictures above do not present the most attractive aspects of Cap Skirring .. as on my trip
I neither had the time nor the energy to explore further. But from reading other Web reports ..
it is evidently a 'paradise' holiday destination. With a choice of upmarket hotels, miles of sandy beaches, a 9 hole golf course and an international airport, the runway of which dwarfs the town ..
